“A beautiful historic house that was comfortable and convenient. We will recommend to our friends and look forward to returning. Breakfasts were good and it was nice to have them brought to our room. Staff were friendly and we were well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The house is 2 min from downtown Dundee.”

“Reserved a room with 2 beds and requested ground floor. None available offered 3rd floor close to either elevator or stairs. Requested elevator as I have mobility issues. “We had an issue with our heat, but we're quickly moved to another room. It was located right where we needed to be. TU Hospital, so we will probably stay there again.”

“The room was very large & spacious so that was nice. The beds were very comfy and soft! The only issues we had were the showers were not hot. The water got lukewarm at most so showers weren’t very enjoyable. Also the gym is on the third floor apparently so our room was underneath the gym, meaning all night long we heard huge thuds & pounding. (We called to complain & we were told it was the gym). Besides that, pretty decent stay.”

“This was our first experience at such an intimate B&B. I can’t imagine a better experience than what Dora provided for us. We were greeted with bowls of amazing chicken soup and crusty bread.. so thoughtful as she knew just we needed after a long chilly drive. We had a great evening enjoying the beautiful B&B.
